download the addon and either copy the folder or drag the folder to... find your Program Files x86 - Interface - Addons, when you get to addons, drop the Plate Buffs folder into the addons or copy the folder to it, restart your wow client, load out of date addons at character selection screen - Addons, log into game and it will be working, no set up required.
